Booked separately, these services run about $286. The plan saves you $87 every quarter.

Prepaid years aren't refundable, but they are transferable. Unused visits can move to a new address, to a new owner if you sell, or to any other service we offer at the same value. Paying per visit? There's no contract. Cancel any time before your next one.
Bidet installed for $149. Everything included.
We bring the bidet, the fittings, and the tools, then install and test it, usually in about 30 minutes. No outlet needed. Nothing to plug in or program.

How long does a bidet install take?
Most installs are done and tested in about 30 minutes.
Do I need an outlet?
No. We install non-electric bidet attachments that connect to your toilet's water supply. No electricity is needed.
Will it fit my toilet?
The NEO 120 fits standard two-piece toilets. If you're not sure what you have, tell us in the booking form and we'll confirm before we come out.
What's the difference between the plan and booking one service at a time?
Booking one service at a time, you pay the flat rate each time something needs doing. The plan bundles six services into one visit every quarter for $199 instead of about $286, with the filter and batteries supplied and all four dates scheduled up front.
Is there a contract?
No. If you pay per visit, you can cancel any time before your next one. Prepaid years aren't refundable, but they are fully transferable.
Do you charge a trip fee or extra for weekends?
No trip fee, and the flat rate is the same whichever day we come out.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes. The plan suits landlords well, and we can send the visit summary to you and your tenant separately.
What don't you do?
Texas doesn't issue a general handyman license, and we don't do work reserved for licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or irrigation contractors. We put the scope of every job in writing so you know exactly what's included.
